aura protection





If we are spirits having a human experience, then it is this frequency of spirit which vibrates and creates an energetic field around the human body. This field around our physical body is known as the “aura.” Just like your physical body, your subtle body in the form of you aura may experience and exhibit stress, fragmentation, and a loss of luminosity. Spring is an excellent time to detoxify and regenerate, both body and spirit. Try these steps to liberate your aura’s highest potential and feel the cascading effects seasons after season.

i think every season is good to cleanse.  early spring & early fall, i do a body, mind, spirit cleanse for a month straight. everyday (when i’m in my equilibrium) i cleanse my aura (day & night)

we think about our bodies optimal health & wellness, yet, so many people do not think of their emotional, mental, & spiritual (energetic fields), thus causing fragmentation & deterioration.

to protect myself physically, i wear cloths, i have a harmonious presence within my body & energy most often. i’m aware of my environment, as a highly sensitive person, i’m that much more acute with my senses, physically & energetically. i stand my ground & i’m grounded in my presence, thus, my empowered self is less vulnerable to being physically violated. this is the same essence with my heart & feeling space, i’m in tune with my emotional state to sense & feel energies to be open to or not, to feel or not. this is the same with my mind space & psychic essence to mentally sense energies, to be open to or not. protecting my body/emotions, mind/psyche is important. most people protect their body/emotions yet do not protect their mind/psyche, i call these type of people cloneables or scanables (giggles!) like the scanables from the movie idiocracy easily brain washed & influenced.

so, as i have studied metaphysical science in depth since i was twenty, (eighteen years) i understand the importance of energetic shielding & sanskara, & how to have a vibrant healthy aura which is the culmination of integration & wholeness, which is in tune with a harmonious chakra system. i understand how important it is to protect one’s energetic body, just as much as the physical body. as a highly sensitive individual, this is very important to me. i wouldn’t lie naked on the beach open to penetrative sex with anyone who walks by. i wouldn’t have my heart energy open to strangers or dissonant energy. i wouldn’t have my mind/psyche/aura open for imprinting, in a positive or negative way to people who don’t know me or see me, or who do not engage me directly in a harmonious, mindful, respectful, & meaningful way.  in my naivete, i may have been open or trusting of such energy. in my empowerment, i’m not. through the book “the heart treasure of the enlightened ones” i have learned how to have my energy in harmony, open, yet closed.  if raja tama energy is physically directed at me, violating my space, i will physically defend myself. if higher energy is trying to manipulate, control, or brain wash me in any way & violate my psychological mind space or come through to me psychically, i will protect & defend my mind space & psyche, transmutate & assassinate the samskara. i’m not open to physical, emotional, psychological, or psychic raping, i will destroy any such energy & become super unavailable. if neutral, curious, inquisitive, intellectual,  assertive energy from a neutral heart/communicative/expressive  energy is present to me, i may be open to assertive communication ( true communication). otherwise, i san-skara all of the other energy away (pun intended) giggles! i don’t care what the intention is, if its not a direct connection from a harmonious & neutral place, & i intuitively sense dense (lower) or chaotic imbalanced heightened consciousness (higher) i’m not going to connect to dissonance & i’m not affected by that energy. i’m unscanable ~*~

regardless, holding any fear about anything, unless true good reason, is pointless. last samhain, i dressed up as a martial artist version of Laura Croft, tomb raider & went to a gathering. strangers feared me, because my attire looked similar to a member of  the terror group isis, the black band on my wrist with white chinese letters spelling “peace”, perhaps looked similar to the isis group symbol, plus i had fake nunchucks, a sword, flying daggers, & a psychotic pout. yet, i was just there to dance.

in new age communities, which i have studied,  i have seen what i would call energetic promiscuity. just as physically promiscuous people become fragmented in their auras (emotional realm) from many different physical contacts, the same is true for the  mental/psyche realm. too many different mental energies open, psychological imprinting each other, manipulations, mob psychologies of different unhealthy imbalanced energies projecting their psychological patterns onto each other, causing mind viruses & fragmentation among these mob psychologies & individuals. this is how fractured consciousness & mental illness takes place.

disengaging with this type of auric emotional/mental/psyche/energetic viral fragmentation is a form of protection for healing, empowering, re-integrating, into wholeness. thus wholeness (equilibrium)  resounds wholeness.

aura cleanse & protection



Sit in a quiet, distraction-free zone in your house. Stay seated comfortably in a position you can relax in for about 15 minutes while practicing breathing exercises. Remain conscious of what you’re doing, and aware of your inhales and exhales. You can even meditate. Once you find yourself beginning to totally relax, form a white light in your mind and have it surround you. Allow it to flow throughout you, from the tips of your toes to the top of your head, and visualize it moving up and down your back, near your spine. If you get distracted or thrown off, you can get yourself back on track by re-visualizing the white light and focusing on your breath.


Avoid negative people or energy vampires. People affect more than just themselves, so be aware of how others affect your energy and vice versa. One way to protect yourself is to make sure you surround yourself with more positive people than negative ones. Spend less time time (or none at all) with negative people, once you figure who they are. Find positive people who always have a smile to offer and have kind souls. These people can help offset negativity in your aura.


Still have negative energy wafting around? Try looking inward. Start paying attention to your thoughts. Are there a lot of negative ones? Take a look at them. Are they untrue, delusional, or paranoid? All the more reason to chuck them out. Focus on the bright side of things. If you are having a really bad day, it’s okay to express your feelings, but don’t wallow in that place. Make your day a good one by treating yourself to your favorite tea. Play your favorite song. Find a friend to hang out with. If you notice that a negative thought is trying to creep in, confront it with a positive one. If you keep practicing this, you will be able to conquer the effects of negative thinking.


This is the most commonly practiced ways of protecting the aura. Practitioners praise it as a beautiful way to connect them to the divine, and when it’s done in the mornings, it’s a defining start to the day. Imagine white light coming down from the sky, divine, cosmos, universe, whatever higher power resonates with you. Connect this light to the crown of your head, and then let it spill out over you and down under your feet. You are now surrounded by a white light bubble. White is pure and highly protective. You are in control of what enters and exits your white bubble of protection.


Sometimes you just need a realignment: energy healings can help clean blockages blockages or balance misalignments. Healers also check for negative entities or emotional cords that may need to be cut. Don’t underestimate the power of these energy checkups. You might find that your mood swings and imbalanced emotions improve drastically with a little help.


Smudging is a Native American practice using white sage to cleanse any negative energy. You can cleanse your house, people and things. Try smudging after you’ve had a lot of people in your home or if you feel particularly drained. Focus your intention on clearing negative energy to allow room for positive energy in your space and life.

Dhammacakkappavattana Sutta ~*~

The Middle Way or Middle Path (PaliMajjhimāpaṭipadāSanskritMadhyamāpratipad[1][a]Tibetanདབུ་མའི་ལམ།THLUmélamChinese中道VietnameseTrung đạoThaiมัชฌิมาปฏิปทา) is the term that Gautama Buddha used to describe the character of the Noble Eightfold Path he discovered that leads to liberation.

the middle way teaching is that of being in the middle of two extremes. in one extreme there is (tama, raja tama) , (raja, raja sattva), (sattva, sattva ekagravastha, *ekagravastha* (ekagravatha niruddhavastha) (niruddhavastha)


if anything living has too much or too less of anything, this causes disease of the body, mind, & spirit of the living being, weather it plant, animal, or human.  if a living being is too much of this or that energy or chakra system, that system is not whole, not in equilibrium, not healthy & is prone to physical & mental/behavioural disease.

Theravada Buddhism and the Pali canon

Dhammacakkappavattana Sutta

In the Pāli Canon of Theravada Buddhism, the term “Middle Way” was used in the Dhammacakkappavattana Sutta, which the Buddhist tradition regards to be the first teaching that the Buddha delivered after his awakening.[b] In this sutta, the Buddha describes the Noble Eightfold Path as the middle way of moderation, between the extremes of sensual indulgence and self-mortification:[2]

Monks, these two extremes ought not to be practiced by one who has gone forth from the household life. (What are the two?) There is addiction to indulgence of sense-pleasures, which is low, coarse, the way of ordinary people, unworthy, and unprofitable; and there is addiction to self-mortification, which is painful, unworthy, and unprofitable.

Avoiding both these extremes, the Tathagata (the Perfect One) has realized the Middle Path; it gives vision, gives knowledge, and leads to calm, to insight, to enlightenment and to Nibbana. And what is that Middle Path realized by the Tathagata…? It is the Noble Eightfold path, and nothing else, namely: right understanding, right thought, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness and right concentration.[3]

According to the scriptural account, when the Buddha delivered the Dhammacakkappavattana Sutta, he was addressing five ascetics with whom he had previously practiced severe austerities.[c] Thus, it is this personal context as well as the broader context of Indian shramanic practices that gives particular relevancy to the caveat against the extreme (Pali: antā) of self-mortification (Pali attakilamatha).

Later Pali literature has also used the phrase Middle Way to refer to the Buddha’s teaching of dependent origination as a view between the extremes[2] of eternalism and annihilationism.

Dependent Origination

Pratītyasamutpāda, or “dependent origination”, describes the existence of objects and phenomena as the result of causes. When one of these causes changes or disappears, the resulting object or phenomena will also change or disappear, as will the objects or phenomena depending on the changing object or phenomena. Thus, there is nothing with an eternal self or atman, only mutually dependent origination and existence. However, the absence of an eternal atman does not mean there is nothing at all. Early Buddhism adheres to a realistic approach which does not deny existence as such, but denies the existence of eternal and independent substances. This view is the Middle Way between eternalism and annihilationism:

The understanding that sees a “person” as subsisting in the causal connectedness of dependent arising is often presented in Buddhist thought as “the middle” (madhyama/majjhima) between the views of “eternalism” (śaśvata-/sassata-vāda) and “annihilationism” (uccheda-vāda).[4][d]


Dependent origination views human persons too as devoid of a personal essence or atman. In Theravadin literature, this usage of the term “Middle Way” can be found in 5th century CE Pali commentaries:

The Tathāgata teaches the Dhamma by the middle without veering to either of these extremes – eternalism or annihilationism – having abandoned them without reservation. He teaches while being established in the middle way. What is that Dhamma? By the formula of dependent origination, the effect is shown to occur through the cause and to cease with the cessation of the cause, but no agent or experiencer […] is described.[5]

In the Visuddhimagga, the following is found :

“Dependent origination” (paticca-samuppada) represents the middle way, which rejects the doctrines, ‘He who acts is he who reaps’ and ‘One acts while another reaps’ (S.ii.20) …”[6]

In the Pali Canon itself, this view is not explicitly called the “Middle Way” but is literally referred to as “teaching by the middle” (majjhena dhamma).


Paticcasamuppāda “dependent origination” also gives a rationale for rebirth:

Conditioned Arising is […] a ‘Middle Way’ which avoids the extremes of ‘eternalism’ and ‘annihilationism’: the survival of an eternal self, or the total annihilation of a person at death.[7]

In Theravadin soteriology, the principle of anattā means there is neither a permanent self nor complete annihilation of the person at death; there is only the arising and ceasing of causally related phenomena.[e] Paticcasamuppāda also describes the Twelve Nidānas of dukkha “suffering” that lead to rebirth, from avijjā “ignorance” to jarāmaraṇa “aging and death”, and the parallel reverse-order interdependent cessation of these factors.

In Theravada Buddhism, only nibbana is unconditioned; nonetheless, even the arahant or tathāgata, upon passing, neither exists nor non-exists according to the Pāli Canon.


In Mahayana Buddhism, the Middle Way refers to the insight into śūnyatā “emptiness” that transcends the extremes of existence and non-existence, the two truths doctrine. According to Kalupahana,

Two aspects of the Buddha’s teachings, the philosophical and the practical, which are mutually dependent, are clearly enunciated in two discourses, the Kaccāyanagotta-sutta and the Dhammacakkappavattana-sutta, both of which are held in high esteem by almost all schools of Buddhism in spite of their sectarian rivalries. The Kaccāyanagotta-sutta, quoted by almost all the major schools of Buddhism, deals with the philosophical “middle path”, placed against the backdrop of two absolutistic theories in Indian philosophy, namely, permanent existence (atthitaa) propounded in the early Upanishads and nihilistic non-existence (natthitā) suggested by the Materialists.[8]


In Mahayana Buddhism, the Madhyamaka (“Middle Way”) school portrays a “middle way” position between metaphysical claims that things ultimately either exist or do not exist.[9]Nagarjuna‘s influential Mūlamadhyamakakārikā deconstructs the usage of terms describing reality, leading to the insight into śūnyatā “emptiness”. It contains only one reference to a sutta, the Kaccāyanagotta Sutta from the Samyutta Nikaya:

“Everything exists”: That is one extreme.
“Everything doesn’t exist”: That is a second extreme.
Avoiding these two extremes,
The Tathagata teaches the Dhamma via the middle.[10]

East Asian conceptions


In the Tendai school, the Middle Way refers to the synthesis of the thesis that all things are śūnyatā and the antithesis that all things have phenomenal existence.[11]

Chan Buddhism

In Chan Buddhism, the Middle Way describes the realization of being free of the one-sidedness of perspective that takes the extremes of any polarity as objective reality. In chapter ten of the Platform SutraHuineng gives instructions for the teaching of the Dharma. Huineng enumerates 36 basic oppositions of consciousness and explains how the Way is free from both extremes:

If one asks about the worldly, use the paired opposite of the saintly; if asking about the saintly use the paired opposite of the worldly. The mutual causation of the Way of dualities, gives birth to the meaning of the Middle Way. So, for a single question, a single pair of opposites, and for other questions the single [pair] that accords with this fashion, then you do not lose the principle.[12][f]

ancient wisdom of integration

In Chinese philosophy, the feminine or negative principle (characterized by dark, wetness, cold, passivity, disintegration, etc.) of the two opposing cosmic forces into which creative energy divides and whose fusion in physical matter brings the phenomenal world into being. Also attrib. or as adj., and transf. Cf. yang.

Comb., as yin-yang, the combination or fusion of the two cosmic forces; freq. attrib., esp. as yin-yang symbol, a circle divided by an S-shaped line into a dark and a light segment, representing respectively yin and yang, each containing a ‘seed’ of the other.

. In Chinese philosophy, the masculine or positive principle (characterized by light, warmth, dryness, activity, etc.) of the two opposing cosmic forces into which creative energy divides and whose fusion in physical matter brings the phenomenal world into being. Also attrib. or as adj. Cf. yin.

Comb.yang-yin = yin-yang s.v. yin b.

the daoists knew the art of wholeness was simple. its simply the integration or equilibrium of  two elements that reside in all that is.  yin & yang.

so, to hold these energies in equilibrium is wholeness.  one person containing graceful yin energy & fierce yang energy, right brain dominant & left brain dominant, is in essence whole.

i hold more yin energy, i’m born of the moon, thus my spirit name being Moonyehka.

my spirit name is in correlation with dynamic goddess energy of the goddesses (philosophies) & feminine occult.  as Osho said, “you have to be a Dhara before you become a Radha” one must evolve into one’s higher consciousness.  thus Moonyehka is my medium or equilibrium within ekagravastha mind state or consciousness.

ancient hindu philosophy was the first form of psychology. understanding the dynamics of human nature. each god & goddess representing an aspect of a person’s psyche, emotions & actions. the different gods & goddesses representing the different mind states (tama, unconsciousness, raja semi consciousness, & sattva consciousness) the lower, middle, & higher aspects of the human psyche. the imaginative & creative way they expressed the different aspects of the personality & personas of human nature & in correspondence with the elements of nature itself through deities as humans & nature are interconnected.  this is why i have had a fondness for hinduism. its both right & left brain philosophy & ancient psychology.

true hinduism is not a religion.

just as some people believe in god or imaginary things, i believe in creative psychology &  the art of evolving states of mind or (consciousness) & integrating into wholeness.

crystal children

here are some aspects of the new age movement that i’m in resonance with, philosophies as such. this is one such creative philosophy that captures the evolution of human generations.
there are many, or few in each generation. just as everyone has a genetic code & predisposed to certain genetic influences subjectively favored or not ( i don’t always like to call certain characteristics, disorders or diseases) that is influenced by environmental factors.
indigos, crystals, & rainbows (full humans), may be vital in body (the physical) with little, to no physical dysfunctions or diseases, yet may be prone to nerve dysfunction, mental or neurological disturbances or just finely tuned, evolving in the higher frequencies of human evolution & genetic predisposition. where as non full human’s may be more prone to physical dysfunctions, disorders, & disease, such as cancer.

within all four types of generational energies, one commonality is found, & that is the energy of change in evolutionary consciousness & society in all ways. also a deep sensitive, loving, & humane, intelligence & inter-connectedness energy with many.

the crystal children are few in the small xennial generation & some in the early millennial. we are attuned to the elderly & children, as that is our nature. we are the offspring of the oldest baby boomers. we are highly sensitive, creative, intelligent, & attuned to higher frequencies, somewhat shy, independent, & naive. we are old souls & childlike at the same time, more introverted, complex & the most misunderstood. we carry subtle energy from the indigos & subtle energy of the rainbows. we are the dusk & the dawn of an new age. our symbol is the crystal, which reflects a prism or rainbow, for the bridging of what is being born, a new age & the rainbows. indigos have cleared our way for expression, & thus we illuminate our knowledge, wisdom, & philosophy into the new age & for rainbows. our philosophy is equilibrium, harmony, & the empowerment of oneness. we are specifically attuned to nature, animals, the elderly & the young. most of us are quite solitary, or super connected to a few & have a difficult time around inharmonious & dense energy. we have ingrained integrity & internal serenity, something the indigos were/are seeking in themselves & society. we are late bloomers in some ways, yet we are the most ancient of souls. we are childlike well into adult life & struggle with adulthood. we are often times shocked by society & as holders of a clear crystal, symbolizing a clear conduit for spirit, if super naive & dis-empowered we are mirrors to people’s consciousness, in this way we are natural mystics & sages, enlightened children dis-empowered in an insane society. our wisdom is not yet realized within, thus we don’t find our wisdom from life experiences until later in life when we can express our wisdom & philosophy in an adult way,& as psychological empaths, just as some of us started speaking later in life. some of us are diagnosed by medical practitioners for being on the autistic or aspergers spectrum, because we tend to live in our own world, are deep, & have profound creative expressions, when we do express. we are introverted, highly sensitive infp/j’s & often quite misunderstood, because we come from an old soul perspective expressing as a child would. we carry the energy of enlightenment from the seventh & ninth chakras, which are associated with all of the chakra points more so 1, 3, 5,7, 9, 11, 13 & particularly the crown as our third eye is transcended. we are attuned to healing & evolving from the inside out, individual consciousness & collective consciousness. oriented with action, emotions, psychology, & spirituality
the paradox of crystal children: we are even keeled yet sensitive to anything or anyone that is not. seemingly emotional or unemotional & impractical or too practical on the surface (which we are), when around disharmony. yet we are intensely creatively logical & practical.
our minds are not like others. our thoughts are like puzzle pieces scattered about, thus when we express our thoughts sometimes, we can seem scattered, it isn’t until we integrate our thoughts or a thought, to a completed puzzle that we are able to express ourselves with great knowledge, wisdom, & articulation.

my personal experience of being a crystal child, i have felt unseen (deeply), misunderstood, unloved, & manipulated by many indigos, some in the baby boomer generation & especially in generation x. i’m more in tune with other crystals & rainbows, i feel high resonance with crystals, & i feel inspired by rainbows openness. rainbow energy brings me out of my shell, yet i find their energy overstimulates my nervous system at times & i have a difficult time with their insensitivity & recklessness. they can be annoying & relentless. i don’t know about the future state of things with the entire millennial generation, yet i have much faith in generation z.

the rainbow children are many in the millennial generation, the new era or day. they are child energy, & newer souls. they are attuned to children & teenagers as that is their energy. they are the offspring of the younger baby boomers & generation x. they are childlike indigos. creative, intelligent rebellion, & very collective. they are less sensitive like indigos, & not hyper sensitive like crystal children, thus they are able to work with society quite well. like indigos they are service to the collective & the systemic nature of things. they are high energy in all ways like indigos & some may be diagnosed with attention deficit or hyper active disorders. they are restless spirits diving into action. they implement the wisdom, ideas, ideals, & philosophy of the indigo & crystal children into society for manifestation of a systemic nature. the high conscious rainbow children understand the concept of oneness & harmony & implement this into action, sometimes with carelessness, recklessness, & falsities. there can be a superficial, un wise energy with rainbow children, they can be very self serving, reckless & careless like indigos. both indigos & rainbows heal & evolve from the outside in, they are extroverts & get their energy from others. they are connected, yet superficially. they, like indigos learn the art of internal integrity & service to others as they mature. they are oriented with action & spirituality, from the eighth chakra associated with all of the chakra points. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13

every feeling, thought, intention, & action imprints on our consciousness & the consciousness of others who are imprintable (impressionable). those of us who have extra sensory perceptions & are highly sensitive are that much more aware of  these subconscious, unconscious, & conscious energies of ourselves & others. we are therefore called seerers.  feelings & thought forms are made up of energy which are constantly changing & shifting, undulating between the un conscious (tama)  semi conscious  (raja) & conscious (sattva). just as our feelings & thoughts change, so do our auras.  i have had pictures of my aura taken before & after meditation.  before, my aura was a fragmented rainbow bridge like an arch over me, starting from light red on my right side to light violet on my left. then the “sky” of my aura was indigo, light blue, lavender, silver & white. after meditation the rainbow bridge in my aura, was a perfect arch with each color balanced. i’m very interested in electromagnetic biofeedback photography, & want to get the equipment needed for this type of photography.

bright/light green eyed soul is an equalizing place in the soul, as hazel green eyed soul is the equilibrium (within the entire chakra system). where as black, brown, yellow is a grounded soul space if clear, (action) or a very dense soul space if unclear. hazel green is the multi dimensional balance, while green is the balance (feeling). blue, violet, & grey eyed soul is a high soul space within the higher realms of mind (thinking). this is a very mental, intellectual, cut & dry place in the soul space. just as unconsciousness, over passion, ego, may be rampant in the darker black, brown, yellow eyed people.  pure or impure emotion & sorrow in the green eyed/hazel soul people. overthinking, neurosis calculating, coldness,  manipulation & evasiveness can be found in the blue, violet, & grey eyed people.

for an example, i’m a hazel deep green eyed soul, which correlates to the heart chakra & all chakras as people with hazel eyes have a combination of all colors & energies. thus the hazel eyed people are multi-elemental & multi-dimensional & the most misunderstood souls. seerers are “pure spirits” when in the higher mind states.  in this essence i would be considered a crystal child. crystal children are the oldest souls & youngest of souls. i arrived early, no wonder i have never fit in anywhere.  star children are few in each generation. crystal children carry all master numbers & are the most ancient of souls, yet came here to be reborn into higher consciousness with new souls, within the highest dimensions thus i came here to spiritually die & be reborn, i am the death of an age & the birth of a new, from my moon in pisces (past)  to my sun in aquarius (present & future) which is exactly where the astro map is on the cosmic calendar of time, between pisces & aquarius (the new age). all of my cultural astrological points of reference describe this.

many new age spiritualists (true indigos) forty yrs old & up have told me i have all of the characteristics of a crystal child. crystal children are born awake & very aware of the world with piercing eyes, we are much more present than rainbow children, who don’t seem present. another difference between crystal children & rainbow children is that we crystal children are even keeled in our energy & have great equilibrium with both hemispheres of the brain, yet tend to be more left brain dominant, we are multi dimensional, where as rainbow children are equalized in the hemisphere’s of their brain yet tend to be right brain dominant, like indigos,  who are right brain dominant. crystal children are in essence attuned to each chakra in harmony like rainbow children.

The main influx was around the year 2000, although some crystal scouts came much earlier. These are very powerful children. Crystal Children’s main purpose is to take us to the next level in our evolution. They awake our inner power and divinity with their innate love, wisdom, peace and the law of Oneness. According to Doreen Virtue, Crystal Children have opalescent auras, with beautiful multicolour in pastel hues. They have innate spiritual gifts. Many have telepathic and psychic abilities. They are very intuitive and extremely sensitive to energies and emotions. It is very common for Crystal children to start speaking at later age of 3 or 4 and some with speech difficulties because of their telepathy. Similar to Indigo, Crystal children are very creative, resourceful. They too have high energies, yet they remain calm and peaceful.

if i have negative feelings, thought patterns, harsh discernments & intentions about anything or anyone, that may affect my aura & conscious mind state.  if an environment & energy from people is inharmonious to my mind state (consciousness) & dissonant to my frequency(which is natural harmony & equilibrium) most people do not hold harmony within, thus i’m sensitive to disharmony in people & environments, i just can’t be around it,  that may affect my aura & conscious mind state. negative emotions are crucial for discerning energy of places & people, & crucial for protecting oneself from lower vibrational imprints, projections, & other’s shadows & from my own thoughts about others imprinting, projections, & other’s shadows.  i try to stay clear from places & people that do not match my frequency. i’m a psychological empath. i do not allow others to try to heal their shadows through me. pure spirits are often raped by lower & higher (manipulative) energy.  fact. opposites attract & repel.

if i find myself in protection mode, which is often because most people reside in a lower state of consciousness or higher chaotic consciousness, i protect & defend myself quietly most often, i may hold negative feelings & thoughts, then i transmute my own feelings & thoughts about a place or people, i see where they are at & in my conscious mind i use shamanic energy, i may see someone’s inner tama, or chaotic higher energy, unhealed, un-integrated  unconsciousness as some type of demonic animal, i understand its not my job to heal them, or let them heal through me, i don’t enable. i simply transform the lower vibrational entity (my thought about something or someone) into a nature deva or forest animal, etc. then, i disengage & let the animal disappear on its own.  if the spirit world exists full of different consciousness that are not in full matter of the third dimension, i do the same practice. this is shamanic energetic consciousness clearing.  i think its important to be fully aware of self, feelings, thoughts, at all times, this is what it means to be awake. to be an observer of self in relation to the world. this is who i, & others who are self aware, transmutate our lower frequencies (emotions & thoughts) into higher vibrational patterns & mind states for equilibrium . its important to stay in the equalized higher mind states & frequencies of oneself, & around resonating purity. as a highly sensitive individual this is very important to me, so is my protection of self. i hold little fear, though, i feel the world is quite low vibrational, i have so much self respect, that i don’t allow dissonant energy around me, or to mismatch my vibration,  possibly causing imbalance. i hold a higher frequency of equilibrium, finely tuned, & i’m a pure spirit, thus i expect that to be respected, if i’m not respected then i destroy the samskara =^.^= what i mean by this, is i find the deepest meaning of feelings, thoughts, intentions, energy in myself or other, i transmute, heal, & destroy the energy & disengage. i’m all for transmutation or destruction of low vibrational samskara.

to learn the art of sanskara one must be whole & integrated in oneself. this includes the transmutation & destruction of lower energies, that is the art of evolving.




Samskaras or sanskaras (Sanskrit: संस्कार) has several context driven meanings in Indian philosophy and Indian religions. One of these is “mental impression, recollection, psychological imprint” and this meaning is the basis for its use in Hindu philosophies, particularly in the development of its karma theory.[1][2]

According to various schools of Indian philosophy, every action, intent or preparation by an individual leaves a samskara (impression, impact, imprint) in the deeper structure of his or her mind.[2] These impressions then await volitional fruition in that individual’s future, in the form of hidden expectations, circumstances or unconscious sense of self-worth. These Samskaras manifest as tendency, karmic impulse, subliminal impression, habitual potency or innate dispositions.[2][3] The theory of Samskara has also been used, in ancient Indian texts, to develop explanations for how and why human beings remember anything, and the impact these memories have on his sense of suffering, happiness and contentness.[2][4]

Etymology and meaning 

The Sanskrit word saṃskāra (संस्कार) has various context-driven meanings that broadly refer to “the putting together, accomplishing well, making perfect, a form of solemn recognition and getting ready” and “mental impression, recollection”.[1] The first context is at the etymological foundation of Sanskara term for rites of passage, while it is the second context, as a form of disposition, impression or behavioral inclination, that is at the etymological root of Sanskara word as a psychological concept in Indian philosophies.[2]

The concept of Samskara is also discussed as Vasana (Sanskrit: वासना vāsanā), particularly in the Vaiśeṣika school of Hinduism. Vasana also means “impression, inclination of anything remaining unconsciously in the mind”.[5][6]

Samskara, or Sankhara, is a significant concept across major schools of Hindu philosophy as well as Buddhism and Jainism.[7] The schools of Indian philosophy differ on the specific mechanisms about how samskara operates at the subconscious level. For example, Buddhism considers samskara as “causal continua” while being consistent with its “there is no self, no soul” premise, whereas the Vedic traditions within Hinduism consider samskara as “relational properties” (an impression, mark, impulse, tendency or a form of psychological potential energy within) that rests inside the “self, soul” of every person.[7] In YogaVedanta and Nyaya schools of Hinduism, samskara constitute an affective and motivational field that contributes to the value structure within the person. They subconsciously or consciously endorse the basic inner drives that propel a human being in future action, future premises, future thoughts or future judgments.[7][8]

Das states that the Samskara rites of passage is a subset of actions in a human being’s life, where going through the rite within the traditions of Hinduism, affects the individual internally as well as externally in how society perceives the person.[9] This occurs in the form of impressions and imprint within, that is samskara.


The Hindu schools differ in the details, but all posit that samskara are formed in every individual by a number of ways. This includes perceptions (what one sees, hears, touches, tastes, smells), chitta cognition (what one feels and thinks), willful actions, and also intentions before and during the action.[7] Training and study, in these schools, is a form of exposition, introspective realization and in many cases practice or repetition to make the “impression, imprint” part of one’s nature, where the practice reinforces the dispositions (samskara) and dispositions reinforce the practice, in a circular feedback.[4] Scholars state that David Hume‘s “impressions” theory is similar to Samskara theory of Hinduism. [7][10][11] The Hindu schools rely on samskara theory as one of the pillars for their epistemology (pramana), wherein they explain how and why man’s knows anything, remembers anything, expects anything, feels fulfillment, feels frustration, feels freedom and joy, or feels suffering and pain.[4] Samskara are the impressions and dispositions that develop and accumulate deep inside a person, according to these schools, from perception, inference, choices, preparation, practice, interaction with others, thoughts, intent, willful actions and such karma. These manifest, state Hindu philosophies, as habits, behavior, tendencies, psychological predispositions and dispositions.[4][7]

Actions, studies, diligent preparation and inner resolutions trigger Samskaras – hidden impressions or dispositions – in the psyche of an individual, and these influence how the individual acts, perceives self and the manner in which the individual responds or accepts the karmic circumstances and the future.[4] Ian Whicher explains that, in the philosophical theories of Hinduism, every karma (action, intent) leaves a smnskara (impression, impact, imprint) in the deeper structure of human mind.[2] This impression then awaits volitional fruition, in the form of hidden expectations, circumstances or unconscious sense of self-worth. It manifests as tendency, karmic impulse, subliminal impression, habitual potency or innate dispositions.[2][12][13]


In Samkhya and Yoga schools, Sankhara – also spelled as Samskara – are impressions or residues that affect an individual’s Gunas (behavior attributes).[7] These impressions constitute part of the mechanistic foundation behind ancient Indian scholars’ explanation on how karma theory works in practice. Samskara are explained as dispositions, character or behavioral traits either as default from birth or Samskara are behavioral traits perfected over time through Yoga, through conscious shaping of inner self, one’s desire, sense of moral responsibility and through practice.[2][7]

In Yoga school of Hinduism, all actions and intents lead to impressions and memories, whether they are active or hidden, conscious or unconscious. A person may not remember his or her past karma, yet the impressions shape his character, the habits, the circumstances, the essence of that person because of the impressions left by the karma.[2] These tendencies, subtle traces and innate characteristics, states the Yoga school, continue to affect the person’s present actions, assumptions, attitudes (bhava), mind (buddhi), moral response and interactions with everyone, everything and self.[2][14] Vyasa, Patanjali and other ancient Indian scholars refer to these as karmic residues (karmasaya). Personality, states Patanjali, is the sum total combination of all these impressions and subtle traces (samskaras). Individuals tend to do what they did in past, man forms habit and oft returns to those habits, and behaviors tend to repeat because of these samskaras, according to these Yoga scholars.[2][4]


These are viewed as traces or temperament that evolves through the refinement of an individual inner consciousness and expressed personality, and is a form of “being-preparedness” in Vedantic psychology.[7] All physical, verbal and mental activity, according to the Vedanta school of Hinduism, creates Samskara, or traces inside a person. These Samskaras together then manifest as inner personality and external circumstances, and depending then on individual’s response thereof, these then bear phala (fruit). In the state where an individual realizes Self and reaches jivanmukti (moksha), Shankara, Mandana, Sarvajnatman and other Vedanta scholars suggest that the causes of impressions such as ignorance disappear, the individual reaches inner resolution and complete acceptance of self, thus becoming free of samskaras and consequent blissful state of existence.[15]

Nyaya and Vaiśeṣika

In Nyaya school of Hinduism, Bhavana (Sanskrit: भावना) is synonymous with Samskara, a property that manifests as impressions or traces on the soul.[16] It is a key concept in Nyaya philosophy, and it applies the idea to both living and non-living world. For example, the vega (velocity) of vayu (wind) is its samskara, in Nyaya literature.[16] The concept is intimately related to Nyaya’s search and reason-driven explanation of causes behind what happens in living and non-living world, and why. All voluntary actions, state Nyayayikas, have a cause, and these are guided by Samskara. For example, a newborn child voluntarily and instinctively acts to reach for the mother’s breast.[17] This action, explain Nyaya texts, must have a cause, but the newborn has neither been provided that knowledge nor has the value of the mother’s breast been explained by another, nor has the newborn formed any Samskara in the new life. The newborn has that knowledge, that instinct, from some impression, some trace within “from a prior experience”.[18] That is an example of Samskara, assert the Nyaya and Vaiśeṣika scholars.[17][18]

In Nyaya school of Hinduism, the existence of Samskara cannot be directly perceived, only inferred.[16] Further, not all Samskara are psychological.[4] Some simply manifest as memories, premises or beliefs shaped “from a prior experience”.[17][19]


Saṃskāra or Saṅkhāra in Buddhism refers to mental “dispositions”.[20] These result from past volitions, and are causes of future volitions. Saṅkhāra also refers to that faculty within a person wherein these dispositions are formed.[21] Buddhism emphasizes the need to purify dispositions (Saṅkhāra) rather than eliminate them.[22]


The activities of mind, speech and body, according to Jain philosophy, lead to Asrava, that is, the influx and imprint of karmic residues to the jiva (soul) of the living being.[23]These residues bind (bandha), forming karma sarira,[24] which can be stopped (saṃvara) and released (nirjara).[23] The operating mechanism, consistent with the dualism premise of Jainism, is not Saṃskāra as latent mental trace,[25] rather karma bandha to the soul.[23] The rituals and rites of passage, called Samskara in Jainism, are part of the saṃvara and nirjara initiation process, in order to free the soul from the crust of karmic residues.[26][27]

so, for all of you scientists who think its nature v.s nurture or nature & nurture, your qhit is invalid. the nature IS the nurture & the nurture IS the nature ~!~ this is ancient wisdom

the nature, is one’s natural essence, & the nurture is the environment in which one’s essence devolves & evolves (consciousness) or (biologically) survives or thrives. would you plant a flower in water or sand? no, most likely you would not, the flower would not survive.

in explaining different levels of consciousness relating with one another (people relating with people) i will explain this as tangible as possible. the art of conscious awareness & higher consciousness is like a spiral staircase, one climbs the stair case of one’s own conscious awareness & as one climbs, the lower consciousness of self & relation to other’s lower consciousness is pulling on the legs of the consciousness trying to climb,(dissonant consciousness or what is being dissipated within one’s lower consciousness level) while the higher consciousness of self & the higher consciousness of others is pulling from the other end trying to help one climb (resonance with self & others) within this process of climbing the spiral staircase of consciousness, through experience, knowledge, & wisdom, the hands of the lower consciousness begin to “disappear” (at one’s own will), thus the climber of consciousness, conscious level is harmonized & transcended with ease.

so how does the lower consciousness of self & other lower consciousness levels “disappear”? one may wonder. this means that as lower consciousness is transcended in oneself, the lower consciousness of others slowly fades & is no longer relevant. this does not mean that the lower consciousness of others, or the world around one, will not be present in one’s life, opposite energy attracts subconsciously, remember? this simply means that the grasp of the lower consciousness from others fades until it disappears, what i mean by this irrelevance, is that the lower consciousness may try to harm, & manipulate, an evolving conscious awareness, (out of their own lack or illness, subconsciously/unconsciously or consciously ) & the evolving consciousness either is inspired for their own further evolution & creativity or unaffected by it, the evolving consciousness may be affected temporarily or not affected “internally” as was the lower consciousnesses objective. the lower consciousness has no power over an empowered & evolving being, although the lower consciousness may think that they do, because of their disillusioned reality & low consciousness level.

conscious awareness (higher consciousness) can be practiced & attained by some, if the nurture of such is prominently evident.

multi-dimensional consciousness is the ability to perceive all consciousness levels in one self & the world around one.

equalized consciousness is the chakra system, equalized & harmonized in oneself, as all systems are healthiest in balance.

consciousness is the engagement of the nature (one’s natural essence) & the nurture of one’s nature, physically (how we treat our bodies, & what we put into our bodies), emotionally, mentally, & spiritually………..its all connected.

if one eats sugar, one’s natural essence & internal cycle may be thrown off balance by the nature of what one puts into one’s body, a once calm person, physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, becomes restless or energetic, followed by lethargy on all levels or how ever their nature is affected on all levels, as everyone is different with different things. this is the same with the emotional, if one is around imbalanced emotional energy, it could be as simple as watching a movie with a certain emotional energy, one’s neuro activity changes to adapt & deal with that emotional energy, subtly or not so much, this is the same with the mental. this is a fluctuation of consciousness.

a lot of western science is confined to just the nature of things, they dismiss the nurture of things completely. this is why there is an opioid epidemic in the united states. the true causes & the nurture or un-nurture of the nature is not addressed, instead prescriptions are used as a band-aid for the nature. this is the case on all realms of society, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, & physically, everything is ban-aided. that is apart of the three dimensional consciousness of society (falsifications in regard to the nurture of the nature on all realms)

the physical ( the environment in which one lives, the earth’s radiation (positive charge) or negative ions (negative charge), the weather & nature’s circadian rhythm matched with one’s own, movement (movement is vida) exercise, the right nutrition, health & wellness, clean environment, clean & natural electro magnetic frequencies, resonate consciousness in environment & people for high conscious expression & independent & co-manifestation of systemic equilibrium.

engaging one’s consciousness level for equilibrium in the emotional, is everything described in the physical & then integrating with intelligent emotionality within & in the environment, by only surrounding oneself with emotional equilibrium & emotional health of environment & others.

engaging one’s consciousness level for equilibrium in the mental is the same with the physical & emotional & an implementation of the higher mind & healthy psychology & intellectual philosophy. this includes the nurturing of the nature on the psychological, what one feeds one’s mind, that affects the neurological activity & consciousness level.

engaging one’s consciousness level for equilibrium in the spiritual is the same with all of the above with the element of true essence of self & the all.

within the different consciousness levels, what one deems as a lower consciousness, may be a higher consciousness to another, what one deems as a higher consciousness may be a lower consciousness to another. its all a matter of one’s natural evolutionary consciousness creating, & ever evolving perspectives of self awareness, intrinsic evolution, & life experiences. this is the concept of (subjective reality).

with in the make up of subjective reality is one’s undulating consciousness levels based upon the nurture of one’s nature on all levels, as i have written above.

two people on two different consciousness levels may be in the same situation & environment, yet have totally different experiences & perspectives about their individual experiences. this has everything! to do with ( biological & neurological) consciousness & perception within individual subjective realities. yes. people live in different realities (subjectively).

objective reality

a sane person will perceive the objective reality in general, (oh, look, the sky is blue, & the sky is indeed blue, objectively so. )
an insane person will perceive objective reality entirely subjective to one’s twisted perceptional reality, (oh look, the sky is fluorescent rainbow acid color, huh, not so.)

a psychopath may know the sky is blue, but try to play mind games with someone, to harm someone’s psyche by manipulating that person into thinking that it is not.

a fool, may try to fool a fool who’s trying to fool a fool. (light of heart, fun, not harmful)

subjective reality in relation to consciousness level.

if two people on different consciousness levels are in the same situation & environment & the environment is a very low consciousness level, one person who is on a higher consciousness level “may” be affected by the lower consciousness, depending upon the strength of that person’s psyche at that moment in time, the other person may be a vibratory match as a low consciousness connecting into a low consciousness. the perceptions of the situation & environment & their experiences in the environment may be dramatically different. the higher consciousness person may have felt very off by the energy of the environment, while the other, loved it.

from a wholistic periscopic perspective,life is simple, it’s all a matter of perception & consciousness.

this is also done with tarot readings, if the tarot reader were to apply meaning & symbolism (subjectively) to each card read for someone else, this would be a false reading, because the tarot reader is reading from their own consciousness level, their own perspective reality, where as a good tarot reader understands the objective meaning of the cards, yet, it is up to the person who is getting the reading to apply the objective cards to their own subjective reality, perspective, & what the cards mean to them personally.

a card could mean something subjectively to the reader, yet the tarot reader may have an opposite feeling about the card if they drew that card for themselves, their subjective reality is way different, they perceive the card in a completely different light. this is the art of identification, in what one identifies something with based upon their perspective reality & consciousness level.

this is the same with communication. people communicate with each other through their own emotional & psychological perspective realities. the body language, emotional tone, & the words expressed can mean completely different things to people, especially with different cultures & spiritual beliefs. this is how different subjective realities are within humanity.

sane, integrated or mostly integrated people (people with integrity) say what they mean & mean what they say. they are honest, straightforward, & assertive with their communication style, unless protecting themselves or being sarcastic.

insane, fragmented people (people who lack integrity) never say it straight, never say what they mean, or mean what they say, they behave & speak between the lines of words, & read between the lines of other’s (who may be integrated or not), sometimes to that of absurdity.

contrast writing

in the way of expressing contrast writing, I will write this as tangible as possible. a person revisits a place where subjectively good & bad memories took place, years before, so if that person is on a lower consciousness (the lower mind of tama, raja, sattva) they may be attached to the past emotions & mentality of the experiences they had in that place. if on the lowest vibration, the person may only be attached & identified with the bad experiences that happened, thus not making the present experience pleasant for them, they are over identified with their lower vibrational emotions (tama energy) of their past experiences in that place, if they are in the consciousness of attachment to the past emotions of the subjectively bad & good experiences in that place, then, they are in past tense consciousness, they have not healed & transcended feelings, thoughts, & attachments of their emotional field (raja) within their experiences that took place in that place, no inner work was done for transcendence to occur, its as if stepping back into time, instead of living in the present. the transcendence occurs in the sattva, the way to wisdom, wherein the person may be lightly attached with the emotional field of the bad & good experiences, yet holds the knowledge & wisdom of their healed/healing of their feelings & thoughts about their experiences in that place, sattva is the learning mind, the mind (consciousness) that processes emotions through the intellect & gains knowledge & wisdom through experiences. in essence, sattva consciousness is in the past & present, processing, transcending, & evolving. if the person is in a neutral state of consciousness, meaning having no attachment to their emotional & mental field of their past experiences good or bad in that place, because, the lower consciousness was transcended, this is the wisdom of (eka) body, mind, & spirit consciousness in equilibrium, it is the freedom of being in present moment consciousness, there are no identifications or emotional & mental imprints from experiences of the past in that place, its as if stepping into that place with new viewing lens. if the person transcends the neutral conscious state, they are in the mode to create something new, future consciousness, to have new experiences in that place, as if they have never been there before.

in present time, within describing their experience in that place, they would have a different perspective reality, based upon their level of consciousness.

this is a simple way to describe the healing art of consciousness evolution, this wisdom can be applied with everything, places, people, & situations.

The five states of the mind

The three gunas — sattva, raja, and tama ‘ result in five states of the mind, and every person has a distinct personality because of this. The first is Moorhavastha in which tama guna dominates and sattva and raja remain dormant. This state is triggered by passion, anger, lust, greed and possessiveness. A person could, therefore, be inclined towards sin, ignorance, nihilism and desire. This state of mind also gives rise to meanness.

The second is Khshiptavasthaa in which raja guna is dominant and the other two are dormant. This state is brought about by feelings of love or hatred. A person in Khshiptavasthaa is often inclined or attracted towards contradictory forces like religion or sin, love or hate, attachment or renunciation, knowledge or ignorance. Thus, when sattva guna overpowers raja guna, the mind tilts towards religion, love, attachment and knowledge; when raja guna overpowers sattva guna, the opposite happens.

The third is Vikshiptavastha, in which sattva guna dominates over raja and tama gunas. Vikshiptavastha is attained by abandoning feelings of love and hate, passion and anger, greed and possessiveness and by working without desire. In this state, a person is inclined towards religion, knowledge, affluence and asceticism, but he or she could also go insane due to the presence of raja guna. Intellectual and inquisitive people usually go into this state of mind. But in spite of being an elevated state, this is not a normal condition because the mind is influenced by external factors.

The fourth is Ekagravastha in which thought is focused on a single subject. This is a natural state, in which the mind is not influenced by external factors. In this state, the mind becomes completely pure. This is achieved by constant practice of dhyaan or meditation. In yoga, this state is called Sampragyat Samadhi. The practitioner interacts with forces of nature, becomes discerning and appreciates the difference between mind and atmaan.

The fifth is Niruddhavastha. A practitioner achieves this state after Ekagravastha with rigorous practice. After reaching this stage, he or she develops a special kind of asceticism referred to as a satiric trait or condition of the mind. The practitioner gets attached to this trait and either negates or restricts the possibilities of asceticism. Thus, after negating or controlling all hindrances, he or she reaches the stage of Niruddhavastha where all acquired and communicated sanskaaras are destroyed.

my natural state (soul urge four) is ekagravastha, the highest mind/consciousness of the lower energies & lower consciousness of the higher energies) which is the equilibrium or heart chakra, which is the (seat of the soul, higher self). my eka samadhi state of consciousness, i undulate “clearly” most often through my lower chakras & mind states &  in the higher of my niruddhavastha mind state. the niruddhavastha state of mind is of the higher consciousness levels five, (self mastery) six, (seerer) seven (avatar) eight (guru) ~*~ nine (enlightenment)  i resonate with the avatar goddesses of the higher dimensions.  goddess Sophia & goddess Sita is of sattva guna, thus in essence Sophia is a student of the higher states of mind & consciousness, within her seek for knowledge she is attacked by raja tama energy, thus becomes wise in a worldly sense. this gives way to goddess Lilith, Isis,  Ishtar (equilibium = multi -elemental) as these goddesses embody eka samadhi ( ekagravastha ) the freeing of the lower consciousness, healing, empowering, integrating the wisdom Sophia, thus gives way to the rise of goddess Radharani, Sarawati, & Quan yin, who embody the state of niruddhavastha & are in flow of the higher levels of consciousness & have clear conduit through their chakra systems, mind states, & consciousness & are multi-elemental & multi dimensional  Radha (aither-galactic) Sarawati (air) Quan yin (multi elemental- (air)

if Krishna was the representation of the age of pisces & christianity then Radha is the symbolic representation of the age of aquarius & wholistic science .

You have more in common with trees than you think. It’s not such a weird idea when the emerging field of plant neurobiology is seeing increasing collaborations with other fields into the nature of plant intelligence. These studies are prompting scientists and spiritual communities, such as Damanhur, to reconsider the scope of communication and adaptation found in nature.

From a spiritual perspective, plants can be viewed as the ultimate alliance for human beings as all life forms part of a spiritual ecosystem where matter and form co-exist. Within this co-existence, the environment is an integral part of leading a holistic and balanced life. Science is beginning to echo what indigenous peoples, tree-huggers, shamans and spiritual teachers have been saying for a very long time. We do have far more in common with our leafy friends than we once thought.

Is being more sensitive to plant’s feelings the key to future adaptation? Well, plants have scientifically documented senses just like humans and animals. Thanks to plant neurobiology’s use of human analogies we can begin to understand how plants experience senses. According to Professor Stefano Mancuso, who leads the International Laboratory for Plant Neurobiology at the University of Florence, plants are a lot more sensitive than animals. He discovered that the very root apex of a plant has the capacity to detect 20 different physical and chemical parameters including gravity, light, magnetic field pathogens and more.

Plants have genes similar to those of an animal nervous system, specific proteins that have been shown to have definite roles in neural function and whilst they are not exactly the same as those found in animals, they are believed to behave in very similar ways. Through recognizing the sensory capacity of the ‘wood wide web’, a term coined by Professor Suzanne Simard, to describe the interconnectedness of trees, perhaps we’ll look at their sensory expressions a little differently.

The Importance of Our Plant Life

We know we need plants to live. With a rapidly altering natural environment, human population increasing, and changes in weather patterns, particularly precipitation, it’s important for us to know how plants sense, adapt and respond to their environment if we are interested in protecting biodiversity, eating plant-based ingredients and, you know, breathing clean air. Professor Daniel Chamovitz of What a Plant Knows regards the complex biology of plants as being completely underappreciated and underestimated, and claims that if we do not embrace and learn from the amazing complexity of plant life, we may find a host of big problems awaiting us in 50 to 100 years time.

According to Damanhur’s founder, Falco Tarassaco, during the past few decades more old growth forests have been destroyed than throughout humankind’s presence since the Palaeolithic period. If we take a closer look, here are a few things we humans have in common with trees.

We Experience Time

We both experience the passing of time. From a Damanhurian perspective, plants have a longer and slower experience of time and life than humans, and an ability to store collective memory. Trees synthesize subtle and gross forms of energy to feed themselves – light, water, and nutrients from the soil; the quantity and quality playing a key role in their overall health and vitality. The electrical signals in a tree’s tissues travel approximately one to two seconds per inch meaning their reaction to events takes place within minutes, hours or days. Because these signals can take several minutes to travel from the crown of the tree to the roots, trees simultaneously transfer information through chemical signals sent out from their leaves.

We Need Food and Rest

A recent Hungarian-Finnish-Austria study showed us that trees also need their rest with the circadian rhythm being measured by the drooping of leaves overnight, seen as a form of tree sleep. Using laser scanners, so as not to disturb the exposure the trees had to light, the branches of 5-metre birch trees progressively drooped by 8 to 10 centimeters, with their lowest position right before sunrise, and then returning to full form a few hours after sunrise. It has not yet been determined whether the rays of the sun, the trees’ own inner rhythm or a combination of the two induce this tree sleep.

We Digest

Humans, animals, and plants share some digestive similarities, microbiological similarities – all of them sustain microcolonies that in turn sustain them. A plant uses their external ‘guts’ (roots) which somewhat simplifies the study, in comparison to the internal human and animal guts. Yet scientists have found the microbial ecologies that reside in all these forms of life and considerably impact the development, health, and wellbeing of their respective hosts.

These microbial helpers share similar job descriptions as they play a key role in gene expression, metabolic processes, and protection against pathogens, and even share evolutionary trends. Just as food quality and choices affect the human digestive system and well-being, so too does the soil health affect the health of plant life.

We Pass on Information

Both humans and plant life have an intergenerational exchange of knowledge.

Damanhurian researchers claim that if we detach from the green brain (the collective plant knowledge of the planet), we detach from a connection with planetary memory. This connection serves humankind in terms of biodiversity and spiritual knowledge, as well as limiting the knowledge we can access of the human and planetary experience, which goes well beyond what has been documented by historians in various world cultures.

Scientists are discovering not only that neurotransmitter molecules facilitate cell-to-cell communication, and that the exchanging of carbon from a dying tree to its neighbors has been measured, but also that the study of plant intelligence requires an integrated approach to plant signaling, adaptive behavior and it’s potential impacts for the future. It also reflects back to us this cyclical and intrinsic collective coexistence. We are not as dissimilar to plant or animal life as we think we are. We grow, we shed, and we adjust to the seasonal rhythm of our climate. Just as modern mystic Sadhguru said:

The knowledge that is exchanged between trees can be viewed akin to the intergenerational passing on of mythology, language, or family stories, tribal information or spiritual teachings.

We Have Social Networks

The interconnectedness of trees is taken further by German forester and author, Peter Wohlleben, in his best-selling book the Hidden Life of Trees, which draws on revolutionary scientific discoveries as well as many anthropomorphic examples to describe the social network and family structure of trees. Wohllenben explains how tree parents ‘suckle their children’ and suggests that mother trees even have favorites! These family chats enable trees to share nutrients with those who are sick or struggling, warn of forthcoming dangers or adjust to weather conditions such as droughts by altering their water consumption strategies to conserve energy.

Plants interact as a community, working together to sustain life.

Through understanding forests as a network, Wohlleben believes foresters and plantation workers are able to foster healthier trees producing more timber and living possibly double the lifespan if their social network is not interrupted by thinning methods which leaves a tree ‘single’. For trees in protected natural habitats, the social relationships amongst and between species have another level of depth.

The green brain of knowledge and social network mirrors our human family’s, or community’s, need to belong and contribute to the whole. Damanhurian teachings ask people to consider that what we see of a tree is actually the plant’s skeleton; the rest of it is its energy system. The trees’ aura contains parts of its form that cannot be seen by the untrained eye but can be felt with practice when sensitizing the hands to feel the subtle energy and walking around the tree to feel its aura.

These processes are subtle, and their capacity to be measured by our physical senses or diagnostic tools is limited. However, the Music of the Plants device is a bridge to this type of understanding, whereby the plants’ vibration is converted into musical tones and communicated to humans. The plants have to ‘learn’ how to use this device and, through years of experimentation, Damanhurians have observed that plants tend to do a scale once they are connected to the machine, just before they play. They think this is for the plant to understand the tonal possibilities. It’s also been observed that potted plants have a higher pitch than plants in the ground. I saw a potted plant connected to the device ‘jam’ with an old oak tree it was placed beside. The difference in tone and ‘call and response’ was a tangible and fascinating example of plant communication.

We Have the Potential for Continual Evolution and Innovation

The observation of plant signaling, communication, adaptive behavior and purposeful interrelating with other trees fuels plant science, and its potential applications and implications for sustainability and research. As human consciousness expands, perhaps so too does the scope science is capable of measuring and considering. Biomimicry has already seen an exciting shift in seeking solutions for problems through nature’s answers – from mosquito inspired ‘nicer needles’, to what termites can reveal about construction. A new field of bio-robotics is also developing which could also be used for lots of purposes, including space applications or environmental monitoring.

a new moon total solar eclipse will occur on august 21st, visible here in the north western continent. this months full moon was the sturgeon moon (native american calendar) . the last new moon, total solar eclipse that was visible in the north west continent was right close to the time i was born febuary 26, 1979. so i was born in the three day window of the total solar eclipse. during the last week in febuary Shiva&Skakti are celebrated in hindu tradition, which both god & goddess rule the lunar energy. it is said that people who are born during the total solar eclipse energy within three days prior or three days after hold high esp & may have psychic abilities ~!~ i have an affinity for the moon as i’m a moon goddess, the dark moon goddess. i hold the energy of the moon goddess throughout philosophical & spiritual cultural references. to be born around the energy of a new moon total solar eclipse is very powerful lunar shakti energy, i was also born on the 28th which is the cyclic number of days in a true month & of the female reproductive cycle. moon goddess Sophia is science, occultist & philosophical wisdom & corresponds to the moon. Lilith corresponds with independence, freedom, fairness & equality. Radharani is a hindu version of Sophia yet corresponds to the night, rain, & romance. christians may say that mother or virgin Mary is a version of Sophia or Radharani yet, Sophia & ancient Radha wisdom was before Mary’s submission of patriarchal influence, & corresponds as Krishna’s “equal” counter part. Sarawati, Quan yin & other winter spring goddesses corresponds with the moon.

this new moon total solar eclipse is about new beginnings as all new moons are. being that its potent lunar energy its that much more intense for new beginnings. how often do we see the dark new moon in the dark sky? it disappears in the darkness. now we will see it fully in its divine glory.

this new moon total solar eclipse is in leo, in real time. leo rules the sun, the ego, identity, & the third dimension, third level of consciousness where most people reside. so we have a dark lunar energy over shadowing the ego of the solar system. the lunar rays in direct contact with the solar rays could blind our eyes, perhaps to open the anja or third eye pineal gland. this is symbolic of a time for fasting, body, mind, soul clearing, healing, deep self introspection, integration, awareness, independence, emotional intelligence, & feminine empowerment. the raja tama is high, especially with so many planets in retrograde, so less gathering & human contact the better, this time period is best spent in solitude, three days prior & after. if the sun is a masculine energy, the moon is the feminine.
wherever leo is in one’s chart & house correspondence would be good for introspection. for us true aquarians, this new moon is in our house of relationships, mostly love & romance. finding out what we do not need in any of our relationships with people & what we do need is good to understand. detachment is a strong influence with a total solar eclipse, detaching, protecting ourselves from dissonant energies, frequencies, & people who do not belong in our lives. disengaging with any energy that does not harmonize with our own. that’s exactly what i have been doing culminating this eclipse energy. for me its an empowering force of independence & empowerment.

for women, i would ask women to look at where they diminish themselves & other women. to look within their own emotional realm and ask themselves what they are disowning, projecting, trying to heal through others, trying to control outside of themselves. to ask themselves if they are trying to assert power over others via manipulation or otherwise? or are they empowering themselves “independently” with out relying on others to empower them or validate them? are they condoning sexism, racism, power of cerebral insufficient male influence? if so, why? if so, i would please consider the fact that this consciousness is worse than the men who are perpetuating this in the collective humanity. disrespecting & betraying women, which is worse than the men & a desperate attempt to be accepted by un-evolved monsters.

for men, i would ask them to look at their emotional realm, where they fear, feel insecure, have inferiority complexes, what is hidden behind the armor of the almighty male ego? do they have fragile emotions? are they afraid of their emotions? i would have them ask themselves how they can heal & feel emotionally secure, without asserting manipulative power & control mechanisms & armor up so much they are psychopaths.

either way, the new moon total solar eclipse will be a spectacular sight, & remind us all of how magnificent the symphony & harmony of the solar system is.
